The Pils is a slightly-hazy glowing gold, with a very white-winey kind of a feel to it; nice and complex, drawn-out flavours. Not as sharp or as dry as a pilsner might often be, but in this case, all the better for it.<\/p>\n

Afterthoughts, November 2010:<\/strong> Very rare, even for a \u2018Lazy Facebook diary entry<\/a>\u2019 that I’d take a snap and have a wee ramble about someone else’s<\/em> beer.
